BECOME A SPONSOR

The San Luis Valley Youth Hockey Association is now accepting sponsors! Our program relies on registration fees, from parents/guardians of players that have been accepted on the team, as well as fundraising and most importantly sponsors. Sponsors help aid the costs incurred with our travel program. These costs include ice time, referees, coaches travel expenses, team gear and equipment. In order to make this happen, we are asking for your help in sponsoring our team. This year, we have 3 different sponsorship levels.
 
Blue: $500 and up
Sponsor puck

Business or individual donor will receive their own banner with logo to be hung at the Alamosa Ice Rink
 
White: $200-$499
